All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on your ticket, however, we will gladly transfer your ticket to another class within 60 days, as a one time courtesy, as long as you contact us 24 hours before the event via email (contact@sipandscript.com) or through our Contact Us page.

If you do not contact us 24 hours before class via email, you are no longer eligible for a makeup class.

Groups of 3+ cancelling 24-48 hours before an event may result in a restocking fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to weather, or unexpected circumstances. You will be offered our upcoming schedule to choose a makeup date.

Severe Weather: Classes canceled due to severe weather will be rescheduled with the venue. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, we offer a store credit for the full ticket value.

Drinks are not included with your ticket. We keep our class prices lower by letting you choose and purchase your favorite beverages directly from the venue we are partnering with during the event.
