How far in advance do we need to book?
Three to four weeks is comfortable for virtual workshops, four to six for in-person pending instructor availability. We've turned a few around in short time frames when the date is critical, just tell us the situation in the form.
Can you ship materials internationally?
Yes. We've shipped kits to teams in 15+ countries. International adds 7–10 days to the timeline, and we coordinate customs paperwork directly with your ops team.
Can we customize themes & branding?
Yes! Branded practice sheets and custom themes are included for each group! Hosting a special occasion or holiday event? We love to plan with you for fun extras like pumpkin lettering or ornament lettering!
