Welcome to Sip & Script! The Sip & Script website, www.sipandscript.com, (the “Website”) is provided by Sip & Script, Inc. and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Sip & Script”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for your personal enjoyment, subject to the terms and conditions of use herein set forth and all modifications thereto (the “Terms”). By using the Site, you are agreeing to these Terms. The term “Site” includes the Website and any other online properties owned or operated by us.
We may revise the Terms at any time without actual notice. All revisions to the Terms will appear on the Site, and be effective immediately. By using the Site after we post any changes, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. If at any time you choose not to accept these Terms, please do not use this Site.
Sip & Script, via the Site, provides users with the ability to purchase calligraphy supplies, apparel, and accessories and to arrange and pay for a service that will provide you with calligraphy and hand lettering instruction (“Event” or “Events”).
Sip & Script is constantly making adjustments to the services it provides, and any description herein of our services or products should not be considered a representation or obligation with respect to how the service be supplied in the future.
Description of Event Services
Availability. The availability of Sip & Script Events at particular venues will change from time to time and could potentially change on the day of an Event. While Sip & Script will endeavor to make the event host you have arranged available for an Event, the event host may change at Sip & Script’s sole discretion without notice to you.
Materials Provided. Sip & Script will provide all calligraphy materials and supplies for an Event. While Sip & Script maintains quality control over the materials it uses, the quality of the specific calligraphy supplies may vary.
End Result. Sip & Script makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your supplies or individual experience.
Start Time. Sip & Script will make every effort to begin the instruction at the designated start time and complete the instruction within two hours. However, the time it takes to begin and complete the instruction will vary based on a number of factors, and Sip & Script makes no representation as to the exact amount of instruction time at an Event.
Capacity Limitations. You may not be able to attend an Event due to capacity limitations of the venue where the Event takes place. Sip & Script recommends that you purchase your tickets in advance and arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the Event.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order on www.sipandscript.com, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service (including any sales taxes, surcharges, or delivery fees), and agree to the terms, restrictions, and conditions of the purchase as of the time you submitted the order. Unless you and Sip & Script have agreed to an alternate billing arrangement, we will automatically bill the credit card submitted as part of the order process. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and an additional confirmation email once your order is delivered. All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Sales Tax
Sales taxes are not included in the price of the products or services. We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders placed through www.sipandscript.com.

Sip & Script accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Sip & Script uses an industry leading security technology to ensure that your order will be safe and secure.
Billing of Event Services
By purchasing a Sip & Script Ticket to your Event, you are expressly agreeing that Sip & Script is authorized to charge you a ticket fee at the then current rate, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Sip & Script Service to the Payment Method you provided during registration. Please note that prices and charges are subject to change with notice.
As used in these Terms, “billing” shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method. The Ticket fee will be billed on the day you purchase the Ticket and not on the day of the Event.
You acknowledge that the amount billed for each event may vary from event to event for reasons that may include differing amounts due to promotional offers, and you authorize Sip & Script to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts.
Ticket fees and charges are fully earned upon payment. PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR UNUSED OR PARTIALLY USED EVENTS. At any time, and for any reason, Sip & Script may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration (“credits”) to some or all of Sip & Script’s customers. The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at Sip & Script’s sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate Sip & Script to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance. Sip & Script may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but Sip & Script will give you advance notice of these changes by email.
Sip & Script will bill the ticket fee to the Payment Method you provide to Sip & Script during registration.
Intellectual Property
The Website is owned and operated by Sip & Script, Inc. “Site Content” means all features, materials, information, content, text, site design, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, and software appearing on or offered on our Site, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, and includes our current and future products and services, our Affiliate Program(s) and corporate accounts, the ability to order products and services and receive newsletters and promotional emails. Unless otherwise specified, all Site Content is the sole property of Sip & Script, Inc. All Site Content is protected by U.S. and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Restrictions On Use of Material
You may not publish, display, or commercially exploit any material from the Site unless you obtain prior written consent from Sip & Script. To seek our permission, you may write to us at contact@sipandscript.com. If permission is granted by us and by all other entities with an interest in the relevant intellectual property, you may not change or delete any author attribution, trademark, legend, or copyright notice. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any Content available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes.

We do not have control over websites that Sip & Script may link to. Our website may contain links to third party websites that are not owned, operated, or controlled by Sip & Script. Therefore, we cannot and do not assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such websites or the companies that own them. Additionally, we cannot and will not censor or edit the content of any third party site. By using Sip & Script, you expressly relieve us from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.
Disclaimers of Warranty
We provide the Site products, and services “as is”, “with all faults” and “as available.” We and our suppliers and partners make no express warranties or guarantees about the Site, products or services. Limitations of Liability
Your sole remedy for any dispute with us it to discontinue your use of Sip & Script. In no event shall our liability, or the liability of our officers, directors, agents, partners, and vendors, for any and all claims relating to the use of the Site and products and services, exceed the total amount of fees that you paid us during the previous one-year period of use for the specific service of the issue. We, our officers, directors, agents, partners, and vendors, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use, or inability to use, or reliance upon our site and services. These exclusions apply to any and all claims of lost profit or goodwill, even if we knew, or should have known, of the possibility of damages. If jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion of liability for damages, in such jurisdiction, our liability, and the liability of our officers directors, agents, partners, and vendors, shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sip & Script, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, licensors, partners, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from: (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) your violation of the Terms of Service; (iii) the infringement by you, or any third party using your account, of any intellectual property, copyright infringement, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that any Content submitted by you causes damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of Sip & Script.

Any information communicated to Sip & Script through this web site is the exclusive property of Sip & Script.
